If you purchased a movie or tv show directly through YouTube (as opposed to through Google Play), and would like a refund for that purchase, review the YouTube refund policies.
Refund availability
Important: These refund policies apply only to movies and shows purchased or rented directly through Google TV.
- If you haven't started watching it yet, you can request a refund within 7 days of your purchase.
- For users in EEA countries or the UK, if your movie or TV show is defective, unavailable, or doesn't perform as stated, you can request a refund at any time.
- If your refund for a movie or TV show is approved, the movie or TV show may be removed from your library and you may not be able to watch it.
